BEYOND Unveils $1 Billion The Yards Masterplan In Dubai

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - BEYOND Developments has revealed the inauguration of The Yards, a $1.09 billion master-planned city, in Dubai’s City of Arabia, and the introduction of the first residential cluster, Arancia.

The 2.3 million square feet complex will have 1,560 residential apartments and is organized around a one-kilometre manicured green spine, with 70% of the property allocated to open spaces and vegetation.

The launch is BEYOND’s first inland masterplan and part of the developer’s wider development strategy in the UAE.

The first residential phase, Arancia, will feature 272 apartments in three low-rise structures, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The cluster will have rooftop terraces, retail businesses and food and beverage choices, with a planted sunken garden at its core.

BEYOND said that the project is well-connected to important transportation routes, employment centers, and both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International Airports.
