H&H Awards Eden Hills Villa Contract To Al-Futtaim Contracting

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Al-Futtaim Contracting has been chosen as the contractor to construct 142 ultra-luxury villas in the Eden Hills residential complex in Dubai.

The project, developed by H&H, is slated for delivery in 2028 and will include four custom five-bedroom villa designs in a nature-focused master-planned community.

The homes were designed by Loci and interiors done by Studio M.

Eden Hills is a low density residential destination constructed with modern architecture, planted green areas and wellness oriented services. The project has luxury five and six-bedroom houses linked by pedestrian-friendly districts and a central green corridor.

The accolade further contributes to Al-Futtaim Contracting’s portfolio of premium residential projects in the UAE and affirms another important milestone in the delivery of one of Dubai’s burgeoning luxury residential communities.
