CABINET SYSTEM FUEL TANKS
Storage, Pump, and Security in a Single Unit
Cabinet system fuel tanks are modern solutions designed to meet the fuel storage and distribution needs of businesses in an economical, safe, and practical way. Unlike standard systems, all equipment such as the tank body, pump, flow meter, nozzle, filter, and electrical panel are presented within a protected cabinet. This compact structure maximizes both safety and ease of use, while also providing significant advantages in terms of cost and time. Thus, it offers a long-lasting, reliable, and economical fuel storage and distribution solution for businesses.
Capacity: Between 1,000 L – 100,000 L (Bespoke manufacturing options available).
General Structure: Aboveground, cylindrical horizontal body.
Material: Carbon Steel Sheet (S235JR Quality).
Transport Features: Lifting lugs.
Security Equipment: Filling cap & safety cover, breather/vacuum valve, leak-tested welds.
Feed Unit: Suction line, return line, overflow line, automatic fuel feed control.
Equipment: Filtered suction line, filling/discharge valves, level gauge, drain system, earthing system, inspection hatch.
Pump Options: 220V/380V electric pump, Ex-proof pump, High Flow options (50 L/min - 90 L/min - 120 L/min), pumps with digital or mechanical flow meters.
Coating: 2 coats of epoxy primer + topcoat paint, colour options according to RAL code.
