BUNDED SYSTEM FUEL TANKS VERTICAL MODEL

Bunded vertical diesel tanks manufactured by EMSTANKS® offer a modern solution for fuel storage and transfer with high safety standards and a user-friendly structure. Thanks to its vertical form, it occupies less space and provides enterprises with an organized and aesthetic storage area. The containment bund surrounding the tank prevents fuel from damaging the
environment in case of possible leakage or overflow. This structure offers an eco-friendly solution and complies with national and international safety standards. It provides high volume in less space compared to horizontal tanks, making it an ideal choice for factory sites, construction sites, or businesses with limited space. The bunded system pumped vertical diesel tank offers additional convenience to the user with its integrated pump unit, alongside storage and safety advantages. Thanks to these features, it ensures maximum speed, safety, and efficiency in fuel filling and transfer processes.
Capacity: Between 500 L – 9.500 L (Bespoke manufacturing options available).
General Structure: Aboveground, cylindrical vertical body.
Material: Carbon Steel Sheet (S235JR Quality).
Transport Features: Forklift pockets, pallet truck entries, lifting lugs.
Safety Equipment: Filling cap & safety cover, breather/vacuum valve, leak-tested welds.
Equipment: Transfer pump (mechanical or digital flow meter), filtered suction line, filling/discharge valves, level gauge, drain system, earthing system, inspection hatch.
Coating: 2 coats of epoxy primer + topcoat paint, colour options according to RAL code.
Options: Digital automation integration, card/password fuel control system, quick couplings, digital level gauge, hose reel.
