VERTICAL SYSTEM FUEL TANKS / DİKEY SİSTEMLİ YAKIT TANKLARI Compact Design, Maximum Efficiency EMSTANKS® vertical fuel tanks are designed to provide maximum storage capacity in confined spaces. This system takes up less space than horizontal tanks, making it an ideal solution for facilities and construction sites with limited space. Thanks to their vertical axis structure, they are quick to install and easy to position. They are suitable for mobile use, offering quick installation, particularly in construction and agricultural sites. Vertical fuel tanks, thanks to their integrated pump unit, offer not only a storage solution but also a safe and practical distribution system. This enables fuel filling and transfer operations to be carried out quickly, safely and in a user-friendly manner. The high-quality steel sheet and special corrosion-resistant coatings used in production ensure the tank's long service life. Furthermore, safety valves, level indicators, and overflow prevention systems are fitted to maximise safety. The vertical design not only offers technical benefits but also provides a neat and aesthetic appearance. This feature maintains order in storage areas while offering a modern look. Capacity: 250 L– 9.000 L (custom manufacturing options available). General Structure: Above-ground, portable type, cylindrical horizontal or vertical body. Material: Carbon steel sheet (ST37 – S235JR quality). Transportation Features: Forklift and pallet truck access points, crane lifting points, safe transportation when full. Safety Equipment: Filling spout & safety cap, airvent/vacuum valve, leak-tested welds. Equipment: Transfer pump (mechanical or digital meter), filtered suction line, filling/discharge valves, level indicator, drain system, earthing system, manhole cover (Manway). Coating: 2 coats of epoxy primer + top coat paint, colour options according to RAL code. Options: Digital automation integration, card/passwordprotected fuel control system, doublewalled safety, quick connections, overflow basin, digital level indicator.
