ALAS Begins Construction Of New Ready-Mix Plant In Dubai

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - ALAS Emirates Ready Mix has begun construction on a new facility in Dubai, expanding its operations outside Abu Dhabi as part of its regional development plan.

The new facility will be situated in Dubai Industrial City and will consist of administrative and operational facilities, as well as sophisticated batching plants. The plant is intended to produce up to 400 cubic metres per hour.

Located in close proximity to Jebel Ali Port and main transport corridors, the location is designed to facilitate construction activities throughout Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Construction is set to be completed in July 2026, with operations beginning in the third quarter of the year.

The expansion aims to increase ALAS's manufacturing footprint while meeting rising demand for ready-mix concrete in the UAE.
