TownX Selects Ocean Stone As Contractor For Dubai’s Ashley Hills Project

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - TownX, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has appointed Ocean Stone as the main contractor for its AED 662 million Ashley Hills project in Arjan. The development spans over 400,000 square feet of sellable space and will feature 616 residential units, offering a mix of apartments aimed at families and investors.

Ocean Stone will manage construction, with the project to be completed in phases. TownX has begun collecting Expressions of Interest from potential buyers, citing strong demand for residential options in the area.

Founded in 2017, TownX has delivered over 1,774 units and is developing more than 2,100 apartments across Dubai, including projects in JVC and Dubai Science Park.
