Taraf And Masdar City To Develop Fay Hills Residential Project

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Taraf, Yas Holding's property development arm, has partnered with Masdar City to create Fay Hills, a 153-acre residential neighborhood in Abu Dhabi that focuses on sustainability and well-being.

The project will be situated inside Masdar City and will consist of four interlinked residential neighborhoods interconnected by green corridors, parks, and water features. The proposal aims to combine low-carbon planning concepts with a design-led residential arrangement.

The partners have begun construction on Fay Gardens, the project's initial phase. The first phase would cover 33 acres and comprise 130 homes with four to six bedrooms organized around three central gardens. The design prioritizes walkability, sheltered outdoor areas, and a clear link between interior and outdoor life.

Fay Hills will eventually include a mix of villas and townhouses spread over numerous community clusters, complemented by natural areas, and shared facilities designed to promote active lives. The project is part of continuing attempts to build sustainable residential communities in Abu Dhabi.
