Binghatti And Mercedes-Benz Plan $8.2bn Branded Residential City In Dubai

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have unveiled plans for Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, a large-scale branded residential development in Dubai valued at about $8.2 billion.

The project will be Mercedes-Benz’s second branded residential collaboration with Binghatti and marks the developer’s first masterplanned community, following the earlier launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai.

Planned across a 10 million square foot site in the Meydan area, the development will comprise multiple residential towers alongside retail, leisure, wellness, and green spaces, designed as a self-contained, walkable urban district.

The masterplan will incorporate Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy throughout its architecture and public spaces. An official launch is scheduled for January 2026, reflecting continued demand for branded residential developments in Dubai.
