Hassan Allam And UCC Win Diriyah Waldorf Astoria Project

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Hassan Allam Holding has announced that Diriyah Company has awarded the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Residences, and Mixed-Use Superblock project to Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, a joint venture with UCC Holding.

The complex, located in Diriyah, would have a built-up area of roughly 241,000 square meters and will include a 200-key Waldorf Astoria hotel, 47 branded homes, commercial and office buildings, an integrated super basement, and public spaces.

The project is part of the larger Diriyah masterplan, one of Saudi Arabia's flagship megaprojects, which is converting the historic neighborhood into a mixed-use destination with premium hotel, residential, retail, and cultural developments.
