Chinese Contractor To Build $1.3 Billion JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Development

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) has been selected by WOW Resorts to carry out the $1.3 billion JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort and Residences project in Ras Al Khaimah.

The first JW Marriott residential project in the GCC, the mixed-use waterfront property will include 474 branded homes and a 264-room luxury hotel.

The project, which is expected to be finished in 2028, will include a variety of residential alternatives, such as luxurious penthouse units and flats with one to four bedrooms, in addition to retail, leisure, and hospitality establishments.

In order to improve the resort-style living experience, the property will include a number of eating options, spa centers, swimming pools, a fitness center, and an artificial lagoon.

The Architecture Design Unit (ADU) is the primary consultant, while Edifice Middle East, located in Dubai, is assisting with project delivery on site. Tony Ashai, a famous architect, created the master plan.
