Saudi Logistics Services To Acquire Belgium’s Aviapartner Liege

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Saudi Logistics Services Company (SAL) has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Aviapartner Liege for $32.8 million.

The deal was signed with Aviapartner Belgium NV and Aviapartner Holding NV, with the transaction to be funded through SAL’s available financial resources.

The acquisition is intended to facilitate the company's international expansion strategy by establishing an operational presence at a critical European cargo center. Additionally, the relocation will diversify SAL's revenue streams geographically and enhance its cargo ground handling and logistics capabilities at international terminals.
