OYLZ Breaks Ground On Khalifa Port Fuel Terminal

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Khalifa Port's new petroleum products storage terminal was inaugurated by OYLZ Terminals during a groundbreaking ceremony.

Gasoline, diesel, naphtha, and bunker fuels will be stored and handled at the facility. Phases will increase the project's capacity from 154,500 to 660,000 cubic metres.

The terminal at Khalifa Port adds refined-products storage capacity to improve regional supply linkages and marine commerce. The facility features a 16-metre-draft jetty for major oil-related vessels.

The project will comply with legal criteria and international standards and incorporate safety, security, and environmental management throughout design and construction in collaboration with AD Ports Group.

Officials claimed the facility would improve Abu Dhabi's energy infrastructure and boost the UAE's commerce and logistics center status.
