Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - The Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority has added 56 new warehouses totaling about 340,000 square feet to its logistics and warehousing complex.
The development, which is situated in the "U2" logistics area, brings the total number of warehouses in the SAIF Zone to over 2,500 and serves the expanding needs of manufacturing, logistics, commercial, and industrial businesses.
The new facilities, which include contemporary office spaces, loading bays, and increased power capacity to support a variety of activities, were built in accordance with worldwide engineering and sustainability standards.
With up to 6,500 square feet of space, each warehouse provides adaptable logistics and storage options meant to increase operational effectiveness and save tenant expenses.
The project is a component of Sharjah's larger initiatives to use cutting-edge infrastructure and integrated commercial services to strengthen its standing as a regional center for commerce, logistics, and investment.
