UNEC And GCC Contracting Secure $653M The Acres Projects From Meraas

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Meraas has given contracts for additional stages of its Dubailand property complexes, The Acres and The Acres Estates, totaling AED2.4 billion ($653 million).

United Engineering Construction and GCC Contracting have been given contracts to build and deliver 557 villas.

The Acres Estates will include 186 bigger five- to seven-bedroom homes, while The Acres will have 371 villas with three to five bedrooms and associated infrastructure.

Due to ongoing demand from both domestic and foreign customers, the projects are a part of Dubai's growing pipeline of villa communities.

The Acres Estates will include bigger houses with improved design aspects, such as waterfront elements and lagoons, while The Acres is intended to be a nature-focused community centered on landscaped areas and services.
