Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Sinan Heavy Lift LLC has taken delivery of a 1,600-tonne SANY SCC19000TM crawler crane in Oman, adding what the supplier describes as the country's largest-capacity crane to its heavy-lifting fleet.
The SCC19000TM is designed for major industrial lifting operations, including the installation of heavy modules, refinery equipment, power generation components and large infrastructure structures.
The crane offers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 1,600 tonnes and a maximum lifting moment of 19,000 tonne-metres. Published specifications indicate a main boom length of up to 132 metres and a luffing jib reaching 96 metres, providing a combined boom-and-jib length of up to 228 metres, depending on configuration.
Built on a heavy-duty crawler undercarriage, the machine features a lattice boom and superlift counterweight system designed to handle exceptionally heavy loads at extended working radii. Available configurations include up to 550 tonnes of superlift counterweight, although the exact setup delivered to Sinan Heavy Lift has not been disclosed.
Sinan Heavy Lift is an Oman-based specialist in heavy lifting, rigging and heavy haulage, with more than 20 years of experience supporting industrial and construction projects across the Sultanate. The new crane expands its ability to undertake larger and more complex lifting operations across Oman's oil and gas, petrochemical, energy and infrastructure sectors.
