Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) has signed a 50-year land lease with Galadari Brothers to build a new heavy equipment plant at KEZAD Al Ma'mourah (KEZAD A).
Galadari's Heavy Equipment Division will spend AED 75 million ($20.4 million) on a 150,000-square-metre facility for storing and distributing heavy gear and industrial equipment around the area.
The UAE distributor covers top worldwide brands such as Komatsu and JCB, as well as heavy truck brands SITRAK and HOWO, and provides equipment for construction, infrastructure, and industrial applications in the UAE.
The new KEZAD location is part of Galadari's regional growth plan, which aims to improve logistical efficiency and operational capacity within an integrated industrial ecosystem.
The new facility is anticipated to improve Galadari's capabilities to assist large-scale projects and develop regional supply chains.
