CONEXPO-CON/AGG Targets Guinness Record For Safety Vests

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - North America's premier construction exhibition, CONEXPO-CON/AGG, is planning to try a Guinness World Record for the highest number of individuals wearing high-visibility safety vests on the first day of the show in Las Vegas.

The try is set for March 3, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and thousands of people are expected to take part. The goal is to beat the current record of 2,499 people.

Standard building safety uniforms will be worn by attendees as part of a planned display that shows how safety-conscious the construction industry is and how it affects the economy and society.

Those who take part in the try will get safety badges to remember it, and it will be part of the official opening program for the show.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is held every three years. It will take place from March 3–7, 2026, and is expected to have more than 2,000 vendors and nearly 140,000 people from all over the world's building business. Heavy machinery, building technology, and industry services for infrastructure, mining, and industrial growth are shown at the show.
