Boratas Introduces Türkiye’s First Tracked Mobile Crusher With An Integrated Three-Deck Screen

The new BPV1000S3 combines VSI crushing, triple-deck screening, closed-circuit recirculation, and multiple final product discharge in one fully mobile tracked unit.

Boratas continues to strengthen its position as one of Türkiye’s innovation leaders in the crushing and screening industry with the introduction of the BPV1000S3, the first tracked mobile crusher with an onboard three-deck screening system designed and manufactured in Türkiye.

This design responds to a growing need in quarrying and infrastructure projects for mobile crushing and screening equipment that can operate not only as a temporary solution, but as a flexible production system. For contractors and aggregate producers working across multiple sites, the ability to move processing capacity closer to the material source, reduce hauling, shorten setup time, and limit the need for separate equipment has become a major operational advantage.

This need is especially important in demanding and fast-moving markets, where infrastructure development, urban expansion, and continuous demand from concrete and asphalt production are increasing the need for consistent supply of aggregates. In these conditions, complete mobile solutions can help operators simplify site logistics while improving overall project efficiency.

Developed as part of the Boratas VSItrack series, the BPV1000S3 is a tracked vertical shaft impact crushing plant engineered for final-stage crushing, manufactured sand production, aggregate shaping, and precise classification. By combining a high-performance VSI crusher with a large triple-deck post screen, the machine brings crushing, screening, closed-circuit recirculation, and final product discharge together on a single mobile chassis.

At the heart of this model is a configurable VSI crusher that delivers the particle shape and grading required for demanding construction applications; the VSI crushing process reduces flaky and elongated particles, producing cubical, well-graded aggregates and sand. The crusher can also be equipped with either an open or closed rotor configuration according to material abrasiveness and target product characteristics.

The integrated triple-deck screen enables precise separation of three main product sizes in a single process, while oversized material can be returned to the crusher through the closed-circuit system. This helps operators maintain consistent output and improve control over product specification.

The machine is also designed around mobility and operational flexibility. Foldable components support easier transportation, while the track-mounted undercarriage allows the unit to move between job sites or reposition within the quarry. Its fully electric drive system can be powered either by connection to the electricity grid or by the onboard diesel generator, supporting fuel efficiency and more sustainable operation where grid power is available.

Operator convenience is another core part of the design. The BPV1000S3 includes PLC control with a touch screen, wireless remote control, accessible maintenance areas, hydraulically adjustable components, and practical service points intended to reduce downtime and simplify daily operation.

With this machine, Boratas is not only introducing a new mobile VSI crusher. It is presenting a compact, fully mobile crushing and screening plant designed for producers who need performance, flexibility, and accurate final product control within one complete tracked solution.

At Boratas, we keep crushing limits, not only stones.
