Boratas BPC100-S is a tracked mobile cone crusher with an integrated screening unit, developed for closed circuit aggregate production in quarry and mining applications. It combines crushing and sizing in one machine, supporting controlled product and stable production in different site conditions.

The unit is equipped with a high efficiency cone crusher and an onboard screen, allowing continuous crushing and screening within the same system. It can process hard rocks such as granite, basalt, and mineral ores, as well as concrete, asphalt, and construction waste. The closed circuit operation ensures that oversized material is recirculated, resulting in consistent grading and uniform output without the need for additional screening equipment.

The machine operates with a hybrid diesel electric drive system, combining electric operation with an integrated generator. This setup improves energy efficiency and allows the unit to work both on grid powered sites and in remote locations while maintaining stable crushing performance.
