Boratas BCK11 is a primary jaw crusher designed for high-capacity crushing of hard and abrasive materials in quarrying, mining, and aggregate production plants. It is developed for operations requiring continuous feed intake, stable crushing performance, and reliable operation under demanding hard rock conditions.
The machine features a large feed opening of 1300 × 1100 mm, allowing direct processing of oversized rock material while reducing the need for additional pre-crushing stages. It is suitable for hard natural stones such as granite, basalt, diabase, and mineral ores commonly used in large-scale aggregate and mining operations.
The crusher operates with a 200 kW electric motor and a heavy-duty V-belt drive system designed for efficient power transmission and stable operation. The drive motor is mounted directly on the crusher frame console, minimizing belt length and reducing heat generation caused by friction during continuous operation.
