TRANSFER SYSTEM FUEL TANKS Transfer system fuel tanks manufactured by EMSTANKS® stand out for their power and durability, which are suitable for Turkish conditions in diesel and petrol transportation. Designed according to internal dimensions, these tanks are ideal for use in pickup trucks and vans. Fuel transfer is fast, easy and safe thanks to 12V, 24V and 220V pump options. The lockable pump cabinet provides extra security during use, while side fork entrances suitable for forklift use allow for unloading and loading when full or empty; this means the tank can be easily removed from your vehicle at the end of the job. This provides a reliable, practical and long-lasting fuel replenishment solution both on and off site. Capacity: 250 L – 3,000 L (custom manufacturing options) General Structure: Above-ground, portable type, cylindrical horizontal or vertical body. Material: Carbon steel sheet (ST37 – S235JR quality). Transportation Features: Forklift and pallet truck access points, crane lifting points, safe transportation when full. Safety Equipment: Filling spout & safety cap, air vent/vacuum valve, leak-tested welds. Equipment: Transfer pump (mechanical or digital meter), filtered suction line, filling/drain valves, level indicator, drain system, earthing system, manhole cover (Manway). Coating: 2 coats of epoxy primer + top coat paint, colour options according to RAL code. Options: Digital automation integration, card/passwordprotected fuel control system, doublewalled safety, quick connections, overflow basin, digital level indicator.
