Description
Boratas BLY03 Wheeled Mobile Washing and Screening Plant is a semi-mobile wet processing unit designed for aggregate washing, sand classification, and fine material recovery in quarrying, mining, and recycling applications. The machine combines feeding, washing, screening, and classification processes in a compact wheel-mounted structure, supporting flexible operation and easy relocation between project sites.
The unit is equipped with an 8 m³ feed hopper with hydraulic adjustable grizzly bars, allowing direct feeding by excavators and wheel loaders. Material is transferred through a heavy-duty belt conveyor to a triple-deck washing inclined screen, where aggregates are rinsed, separated, and classified into different product sizes.
The integrated washer screen operates with a high-performance vibration system and full washing equipment installed on the machine. Independently distributed spray zones support effective removal of clay, dust, and fine contaminants while maintaining stable screening performance under continuous operation.
The Boratas sand washer also features a twin-spiral classifier system for recovery and dewatering of fine sand fractions. This configuration improves final product quality while reducing material loss during wet processing operations.
Mounted on a mobile chassis with dual axles and integrated service walkways, the machine provides practical transportation, easy installation, and simplified maintenance access. The electrical control panel is supplied with ABB, Schneider, and Siemens components, supporting reliable and operator-friendly plant control.
Plug-in Hybrid / Electric Operation
The Boratas wheeled washing and screening unit operates with an electric drive system and can be integrated into site electrical infrastructure or generator-supported operation depending on project requirements. The configuration supports efficient energy usage and reliable performance in both fixed and temporary installations.
