This reference plant is a 450 tph stationary crushing and screening solution installed in Kazakhstan for processing hard stone (diabase). It is designed for high-volume production where consistent throughput, controlled grading, and reliable processing of hard rocks are required.
The plant follows a multi-stage crushing and shaping flow. Primary crushing is handled by a Boratas BCK11 jaw crusher. Secondary and tertiary crushing are carried out with heavy duty cone crushers, providing staged reduction and stable product grading. For final shaping of fine aggregates and manufactured sand, the circuit includes a Boratas VSI900 closed rotor vertical shaft impact crusher, supporting cubic product quality and controlled final fractions.
Vibrating screens are used after crushing stages for accurate classification and recirculation control, while stationary belt conveyors connect each stage to ensure smooth material flow across the full plant layout. This configuration supports efficient processing from feed to final stockpiles with consistent product quality.
This is a proven reference configuration, but it is not a fixed package. Boratas stationary plants can be adapted and scaled based on target capacity, feed size, and required end product measurements, other factors such as site layout, and available civil works are also taken into consideration. The same concept can be adjusted by changing crusher sizes, adding or removing a shaping stage, modifying screening decks, and optimizing conveyor layout according to project requirements.
Manufactured in compliance with global quality standards and supported by Boratas warranty after-sales service.
