Mubadala Launches Al Maryah Waterfront Project

Mubadala Investment Company has begun work on the Al Maryah Waterfront enhancement project, aimed at transforming Al Maryah Island into a major lifestyle and tourism destination.

Key features include a 30-meter illuminated sphere surrounded by over 1,000 AI-powered water jets, a new sea boardwalk, shaded cooling systems, and expanded dining and event spaces.

The project supports Abu Dhabi’s tourism goals and forms part of Mubadala’s broader strategy to promote sustainable urban development in the emirate.
