Boratas Rocktrack Series Mobile Impact Crusher BPK100-S is a tracked closed-circuit impact crusher plant designed for controlled material reduction in aggregate production and recycling applications. By integrating crushing and final screening in a single mobile unit, the BPK100-S delivers consistent end-product quality while maintaining high operational efficiency under demanding site conditions.
Equipped with a high-performance PDK Series primary impact crusher and an integrated return screen, this machine provides high reduction ratio and cubic shaping feature. It is suitable for processing natural stone such as limestone and dolomite, as well as asphalt, and demolition waste in recycling projects. The closed-circuit configuration ensures precise control of final product size without the need for additional screening equipment.
The Boratas BPK100-S is available in standard and customizable configurations, to meet varying customer requirements for capacity, feed materials, and product quality.
Plug-in Hybrid (Diesel–Electric)
The BPK100-S is equipped with an efficient electric drive system supported by an integrated diesel generator. This hybrid configuration enables low fuel consumption, reduced maintenance costs, and independent operation on both powered and remote locations, without compromising crushing or screening performance.
