Boratas BME1852 is a wheeled mobile vibrating screen designed for aggregate screening in quarries, mining, and construction applications. Combining high screening efficiency with easy transportation, it provides a flexible solution for contractors and producers requiring accurate material classification across multiple job sites.

The machine is equipped with a triple-deck inclined screen measuring 1800 × 5200 mm, allowing efficient separation of material into multiple product sizes within a single screening process. Material is fed through an 8 m³ feed hopper with hydraulically adjustable grizzly bars, ensuring continuous and controlled material flow. Adjustable vibration parameters, including amplitude, frequency, and screen angle, allow the unit to be optimized for different feed materials and production requirements.

Mounted on a wheeled chassis, the BME1852 offers fast transportation, quick installation, and reduced commissioning time. Foldable stock conveyors and a fines conveyor simplify transport while maximizing stockpile capacity during operation.
